Actually very good-I will have to see how they use the mushrooms…freeze dried? I was getting what tasted like pecans out of it.

It does look good, but it sure does not sound good. Mushrooms in ice cream! LOL. It appears they are such tiny pieces that you would not get much mushroom taste.
I don’t know if I have ever seen pumpkin ice cream. I bet it would sell arouind Thanksgiving.
