When I went to Longwood Gardens in May, they had a Chocolate exhibit and gave out a package of 5 ‘chocolate’ Sunflower seeds. I did plant them and I believe they all came up! I usually plant a circle of flowers which include not only the Sunflowers but also Zinnias and sometimes Cosmos. Deer ate most of the garden, but left these alone. I will have to save some seeds (I see the full head of seeds in my photo there).

I love it! It’s so nice to have different sunflowers like you have in your garden. They make the best bouquets for indoors.
