The hubs and I had a bit of a disagreement earlier this week. I said to him a day or so after it happened, that it would have been nice to get flowers or candy to patch things up. The next day he went out in some ugly weather to present me with these (even though it was my idea). I am glad that they are for a good cause-breast cancer awareness and Research gets a cut from the sale of such marked items. I’m going for my annual visit this week and will get the orders for my mammogram which is not routine anymore since I had a biopsy a few years ago. I was good the year after, but you always get nervous, you can’t help it. Knowledge is power!

It took me years to convince my hubs he could give me flowers without it meaning he was in trouble.

What pretty flowers. I am glad to hear it’s all patched up now.
Those are beautiful! Daisies are my favorite flower. My Mommeh says they are cheerful and happy.
Hello dear Dianne:-)
Guess what came in the mail today!! Thank you SO much for the lovely birthday card and the gift certificate…what a brilliant idea:-) We know where that restaurant is and as soon as Steve gets his passport, we’ll be able to go there next time we head out that way. I’ve had my passport since last year but Mr. Procrastinator hasn’t sent for his yet! lol Thank you again for always thinking of me, dear friend.
Such a lovely bouquet of flowers Brian gave you…what a shame we have to tell these guys what to do to make up to us! lol Also love that some of the flower sales goes towards the cancer society. xoxo
