Yep, robbers

Standard

So a little update-the dentist found that a crown that is only 4 yrs old had ‘spaces’ on each side of it. If it’s not replaced, I could end of getting a root canal. He said I have about 6 months to replace it. I also have to get a couple of chips in my lower teeth filled in. I feel whoever made the crown, made it too small. Of course the dentist didn’t say this. I go to the desk at the end of the visit and the receptionist schedules me for February! Think I’ll go just to get the chips fixed next month. I may look into a place called Universal*Dentistry where it’s suppose to be cheaper. I can surely get a second opinion. It’s near my mom’s house and a drive from here, but if I can save $700(!), why not.
Made some Valentines to make myself smile. : )
Just did a google search-the above office did not get good reviews and they don’t take insurance-scratch that one I guess.

  1. Sorry to hear that, Dianne. I would be very, very upset if I had to replace a 4-yr old crown!

I have put $5,000+ in just 3 teeth over the past five years…all root canals and crowns…………when does it end? It’s nice to keep our own teeth, but at what cost? I don’t know what the answer is, but it’s pretty frustrating! Good luck to you.
