I was in the mood to bake tonight. I pulled out a box of Pillsbury pumpkin bread and caught a glimpse of the above mentioned recipe on the side of the package. I’m going to try and keep cream cheese, etc. in the frig and I was happy to have some. It didn’t take long to assemble these. I only subbed pistachios for the pecans which were fine. It’s a nice light muffin too! Buy some pumpkin bread mix today! : )

Those look utterly delish! What a great fall muffin. I think the pistachios would be great on them (I love pistachios).
Oh myyyyyy, they do look good! I’m going to have to buy the ingredients needed for them next time I’m at the grocery store. I imagine they freeze well too. xoxo
