First of the crop

Standard

It just seems like I planted the zucchini! We had it for dinner last night. I slice it up and add butter, onions and parmesan cheese to it. Really tender and tasty.

Off to get my hair done. I haven’t have it cut for a few months and it’s the longest it’s been in years. I do like to pull it back though and have to until I get my van’s a/c recharged.

  1. I like to marinate baby zuchinni slices in Italian dressing and grill them, then top with parmesan cheese. (I prefer the smaller sizes – so much tastier and less seeds!)

We had our first banana pepper from our mini garden. HOLY COW was it hot! I added it to the peach salsa I made and it had quite a bite.
