I finished the last rotation of our Neighborhood Round Robin tonight. I decided to do a castle ruins as the owner of this piece walks her dogs near a ruins almost everyday-it said so on the postcard she included! I think it looks neat. I needed to add a bit more other than the ruins, so I added a barn cottage. Both are from an English stitcher Jane Greenoff. I have about 3 or 4 of her books. I hope Veronica likes it! It’s hard to see all the detail in this photo. The little sign says ‘tea’ as the square way to the left by Carol is a tea shop.

How wonderful it is Dianne, mum will love it.
I commented over on the NRR blog, but neglected to do so here – oops! I think this is the most innovative NRR square that’s been done yet – I’m sure Veronica will love it, and the personal association with her daily walks! 😀
I’m always in awe of the beautiful work you do…Veronica will love this piece! xox
