I read this somewhere, but it’s safe to plant annuals after the lilacs bloom. So I think I’m safe here! They smell so heavenly too!Lilacs in bloom!

  1. My lilac tree is just now starting to get buds so it will be a few weeks yet before I even get any blooms on it. Over here, it’s not safe to plant anything until early June…sigh! xox
