A little color

I guess other than color, I love the different textures of plants. Here are some interesting examples:

All by it’s lonesome-a purple crocus
Long needle pine bush blowing in the breeze

Swiss Chard that survived from last summer

I wish my Spring flowers were coming up already but so far I don’t see anything…of course there’s still straw on top of my flowerbeds because I don’t dare take it off too early as we’ll still be getting some frosty days and nights for a while yet!! I have that same purple crocus. Mine is not blooming yet. It seems Like I dug it up and moved it last year, though I can’t remember where I put it. I do that all the time. It will be a surprise to see where it pops up!
