Sean and I went over to the gardens today as we figured it wouldn’t be that crowded mid-week and also that it was raining. We were right, though surprised to see how many people there were anyway. The theme was all about gingerbread. I still have more to upload-so enjoy as I do so. Of course no work today, even though I called this morning. I had a bad night with my knees and ankles hurting (I worn new shoes with a small heel). Longwood Christmas candy jar display with Christmas tree

  1. Oh, how beautiful! I just love the main conservatory with the blue spruce/white lights. What a nice vignette with the candy jars and the colored lighted tree.

I am waiting for my son to arrive. He should be here within the next 30 minutes. I took two vacation days so I don’t have to go to work until Monday. He has not been home for Christmas in a few years so all the family is looking forward to seeing him at the C. Eve party.

    Merry Christmas, Dianne!
