This neck of the woods had very gusty rain mostly in the morning on Wednesday. I was laying in bed around 8:45 am and heard an arching noise and then the power went out. Seems there was ‘tree interference’ somewhere. We waited and waited until it finally came back on at 12:30. It was too dark to do anything constructive, so I sat and crocheted.
Later I wrote a note to my father-in-law explaining about how people get scammed and what could have been going on. I hope reading something makes him not do that again.
I found the elements for this card the night before and it came together nicely. How many times have we pulled flower petals off flowers and said the same thing? I took the photo a few years back and added the verse.
